Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within five (5) business days in cases of failed verification, incomplete documentation, non-contactability, or application rejection by Arth or its payment partners.
 
  • Refunds are not applicable once the Paymint device is sold and activated.
 
  • Any approved refund is subject to successful repossession of the Paymint device by the sales team prior to refund disbursement.
